National Merchandise Launches Arena-First Self-Service Kiosks at Co-op Live, Manchester

In an exciting industry-first, National Merchandise has unveiled the UK’s very first self-service "grab and go" kiosks at Co-op Live in Manchester, transforming the way fans shop for merchandise at live events.

This launch coincided with the Bullet For My Valentine and Trivium UK Tour 2025, where both bands celebrated the 20th anniversary of their iconic albums, performing them in full alongside special guests Orbit Culture. The self-service kiosks debuted at this highly anticipated event, setting a new standard for merchandise shopping at live venues.

Revolutionising the Live Event Merch Experience

With these new kiosks, concertgoers can now walk in, select their favourite merchandise, and check out instantly, without the need for long queues or waiting in line. The "grab and go" solution is designed to offer speed, convenience, and a frictionless experience, allowing fans to spend more time enjoying the event and less time waiting to make purchases.
